Indonesia Labor Law & Culture Workshop Session 2

Indonesia Labor Law & Culture

Schinder Law Firm has successfully launched the first session of the Indonesia Labor Law & Culture on April 28th. A big thank to all of you who have attended and supported this workshop. From the feedback survey, we know that most of you would like to extend the time and learn more about the Indonesia Labor Law, so we have scheduled three more sessions specifically focusing on Indonesia Labor Law. The next workshop is on June 1st. This workshop will focus on how to create the employee contract and how to deal with the common problems in case by case. Schinder Law Firm will provide you the labor contract example and you can use it as your own reference. Dr. Bambang & the lawyers from Schinder Law Firm will help you find the best solution to deal with the contract.

Current Government of Indonesia is building so many mega projects on infrastructures, maritime, agriculture, mining, national land, sea, and air transportation by inviting foreign investors to Indonesia, all these bring impacts on employment for Indonesia nationals. Foreign investors may sometime encounter labor matters such as disciplinary actions, em-ployments rules violation, demonstration, grievance, labor union, collective labor agree-ment, termination, outsourcing, workforce efficiency, labor court. CEO, COO, and/or Senior Management would to some extent require to know the big picture of Indonesia Work Relationship Culture as well as Macro Structure of Indonesia Labor Law.
